The beginning of school is always an exciting yet sometimes
anxious time for both students and their parents. This edition of Reynolds
Rap gives me the opportunity to assure you that our staff is committed to
alleviating these concerns by making 2001-2002 the best school year
possible.
As always, I encourage students to become involved in the many activities that are offered outside the school day. As I begin my third decade at Reynolds, I have observed that involved students are happier and more successful academically. In addition, they benefit greatly from interaction with the diverse student population at our school. One of the greatest strengths of Reynolds High School has always been its PTSA. This year I am sure the tradition will continue under the competent leadership of Nancy and Scott Huber. Finally, I would especially like to thank Anna Kathryn and Mark Reece for their hard work as PTSA Presidents during the 2000-2001 school year.
